Mark Graeme KROSTEWITZ
Mark Graeme Krostewitz
Missing since June 1989 from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
On June 7, 1989, 23-year-old Mark Krostewitz left his home in Winnipeg, Canada for a trip to Europe. He was never heard from again.
In October 1989, he was reported missing by his family. All inquiries made by the police and Mark's family have met with negative results.
According to the Doe Network, one piece of information exists: in January 1990, a female employee at a hospital in London called Mark's family and asked to speak to the relatives of a “Graeme Mark” or “Gary Markham.” Later, Mark's family realized that the call was probably related to Mark's disappearance; they believe he may have ended up in hospital due to his epilepsy, and that he may have been unable to identify himself.
On February 5, 2000, the decomposed body of a White European male was discovered in Mynydd Fronfelin, in Wales, in a wooded area commonly used by hikers. Mark was ruled out as a match, and the man’s identity remains unknown.
There have been no other reported leads in Mark’s case, and his disappearance remains unsolved.
Mark is described as 5 ft 9 in tall and 157 pounds. He has red hair, blue eyes, and pronounced eyelids. He suffers from epilepsy.
