Kenneth VAUGHAN (1992) - Toronto, ON
On September 21, 1992, 28-year-old Kenneth Vaughan, 58-year-old David Neufeld and 37-year-old Peter Rolf Bentzen were seen for the last time in Toronto, Ontario. The three men had been associates and were acting as “runners” to smuggle cigarettes into Canada from the United States using a boat.
Neufeld’s vehicle and boat trailer were located at Ashbridges Bay, a bay and park area along Lake Shore Boulevard next to Woodbine Beach in the Beaches area of Toronto. The “aging” boat, which had been borrowed from a friend, has never been recovered. The three men have not been seen or heard from since.
Vaughan was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a black leather vest, a black T-shirt and black pants.
He is described as 6 ft. tall and 170 lbs. with grey/green eyes, short brown hair, good teeth, a light/fair complexion and a slender build.
Vaughan would be 58 years old this year.
